Disabilities Fact Sheets

Act Early is a program developed by The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to educate child care providers and parents on age related developmental expectations. Should there be concerns, they are encouraged to Act Early to seek professional advice. The Act Early initiative contains a series of checklists for parents and child care providers to help track a child’s development.
