Water, Water, Water

We will be splishing and splashing during our next unit, “Water, Water, Water.” Through the hands-on experiences planned for this unit, the children will begin to understand the many uses of water. In addition, they will learn why water is important to people, plants and animals and gain important background knowledge about the importance of conserving water. They are sure to be amazed when they realize how frequently water is a part of their lives. Bubbles will be another fun part of this unit. Playing with bubbles opens the door for experimentation and creative thinking. You will find many experiences designed to be done outdoors. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate! If not, some of the experience can be moved inside while others will need to wait for a sunny, warm day.
